Chris joined RBK in 2000 and specialises in leading out corporate transactions for existing and new clients.

Chris is a Director of Corporate Finance with 8 years experience in advising clients throughout the corporate finance lifecycle; from start up and growth to acquisitions and disposals.  Chris has gained extensive expertise in a broad range of industries including manufacturing, retail and property development.

Chris is an active associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 2004 and holds a Commerce Degree from NUI Galway.

Karen joined RBK in 1997 and was promoted to Director in 2006.  Karen leads the four key function groups within HR Solutions: Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, HR Consulting and Payroll Bureau.

Based in our Athlone office, Karen offers strategic advice to clients on HR issues and is responsible for sourcing and placing senior personnel both in RBK and on behalf of clients.

Catherine joined RBK in 2003 to establish the Corporate Compliance Department.  Today, she and her team provide both compliance and consultancy services to over 1300 companies.

Catherine has over 14 years experience in a wide range of services including company incorporations, reorganisations & restructures, annual compliance & maintenance of statutory registers and strike offs.

Mary has responsibility for RBK's market development strategy.

With over 14 years of sales and marketing experience in both Irish and European financial services organisations, she has formalised the company's marketing efforts and successfully managed the firm's rebranding in 2008.

In addition, Mary provides strategic business development consultancy and support to a number of key clients.

Brian joined RBK in 2007 as Senior Manager.  Brian's core expertise is in the provision of assurance and business advisory services to corporate entities in all sectors of industry from manufacturing to technology.  Working out of both Athlone and Dublin, Brian works predominantly on a mid-large range of corporate clients, which in many circumstances have an international dimension. 

Brian has previously worked with Arthur Andersen and KPMG.  He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and is an Economics graduate of Trinity College, Dublin.

James, who joined RBK as trainee in 1997 and qualified in 2000, has experience in all aspects of General Practice.

Based in our Roscommon Office, he deals with a broad spectrum of clients and his specialist areas include pharmacy and general retail.  James is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and also completed a Degree in Accounting and Finance at AIT.

Matt joined Russell Brennan Keane in 1998 and became a Director in 2007.

Having identified a requirement to liaise with high net worth individuals, Matt incorporated our Wealth Management Service and now heads up the Department.

Matt previously worked within our Accounts & SME Division and has gained invaluable expertise across a variety of industries including the retail and hospitality sectors.  Matt is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Arthur, a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a graduate of Carlow Institute of Technology, joined RBK in 1993 and qualified in 1997.  He specialises in providing focused business advice to a diverse portfolio of individual and corporate clients.

Arthur has extensive experience in providing expert advice on business development & strategy, wealth management & retention as well as general business advice on compliance & taxation to the retail, professional consultants and agri-business sectors.

Qualified since 1998, Cathal joined RBK in 2002 as an Audit Manager after spending three years with Ernst & Young in Dublin, where he was involved in the audit of a wide range of companies; from start-up ventures to established public companies such as Iona Technologies and Riverdeep.

Cathal is an associate of the ICAI and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and higher diploma in Education from NUIG as well as over 12 years experience in audit and related services.

Fiona joined RBK in 2007 having previously worked with Arthur Andersen and KPMG in Dublin.

Providing taxation advice to a diverse portfolio of individual and corporate clients, Fiona has extensive experience of property tax incentives and other income shelters, as well as personal tax planning for high net worth individuals, retirement planning and inheritance and gift tax planning.

Fiona is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, and is a Registered Tax Consutlant of the Irish Taxation Institute, where she has also lectured.  She is a Commerce graduate of University College Dublin.

Arline joined RBK in 1996, qualified in 1998 and became a Director in 2006.

Based in Athlone, Arline leads RBK's information technology division as well as working with clients to identify areas where IT would benefit the business; such as process automation, system audits, system Integration, waste elimination, automated financial reporting, system selection & project management.

Arline has gained extensive knowledge & experience in IT systems including Financial, Payroll, ERP, Time recording and EPOS.
