Pat Gillen |
|
Pat is based in our Athlone office and has been a partner since 1982. He is also a Registered Tax Consultant of the Irish Institute of Taxation. He manages an extensive portfolio of clients involved in Construction, Leisure, Manufacturing, Service and Agricultural industries. Working within the Audit and Advisory division, Pat and his team advise clients on Financial, Taxation, Commercial and Management issues in their personal and business affairs. He is also the reporting partner for many of the Firm's legal clients. |

David Gleeson |
|
David has developed a wealth of experience over many years, particularly in effecting the turnaround and restructuring of financially distressed businesses to avoid insolvency processes. David’s experience is across a broad range of industries and he has acted as Examiner, Liquidator, and Receiver on numerous cases. He frequently carries out independent financial reviews on behalf of various banks and financial institutions for companies who encounter business difficulties. David is also a member of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners (ISIP) and the European Insolvency Practitioners Association (INSOL Europe). |

Conor Woods |
|
After graduating from DCU in 1995 with a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance, Conor qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999. Conor joined Russell Brennan Keane having spent a number of years in KPMG working with clients such as The Irish Times, Fyffe's Plc, Xerox Europe and An Post. Conor's core expertise is in advisory to privately owned corporate entities and advises on business strategy, asset protection and optimising shareholder value. Conor has core experience in software technology, retail and distribution sectors. Conor represents RBK on the PCAOB Working Committee of Large Audit Firms in Ireland. Conor is IFRS accredited with CAI, and advises a number of clients on International reporting, IFRS conversion, and group reporting. Conor also heads up RBK's not for profit group, and acts for some of the largest charities in Ireland, advising on all aspects and implications of the charities Act 2009. |

Colm O'Grady |
|
|
Colm became a partner in 2000 and was promoted to Managing Partner of Athlone in 2007. He brings over 10 years international industry experience having held the position of Financial Controller in both a manufacturing and a publishing company. Being a partner in our Audit and Advisory practice, Colm's focus include corporate finance, company reorganisation, management development and systems selection, along with developing the management consultancy services in the firm. Colm has extensive experience in international client services, involving Group Reporting, International Audit Clearance, and advising on Group Strategic outlooks. |
