Jackie Masterson
Taxation Partner

Jackie joined RBK in 2006 and became  Partner in 2008. She trained with Arthur Andersen and was a Tax Director in KPMG in Dublin before joining RBK.

Jackie's expertise range from advising domestic owner managed businesses to quoted multinationals.  Jackie heads up RBK's International Tax Division and advises on structuring overseas property acquisitions for property developers / investors, structuring issues for Irish companies looking to expand overseas and multinationals locating in Ireland.

A Law & Accounting Graduate from University of Limerick, Jackie is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a Council Member of the Irish Taxation Institute, where she has also lectured.

Mairead O'Grady
Taxation Partner
 

Mairead is a Senior Tax partner, a Chartered Certified
Accountant since 1992 and an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with the Irish Taxation Institute since 1995.

Mairead specializes in Family Businesses and advises on all
areas affecting these businesses to include personal and
corporate tax, corporate restructures, property structures,
Revenue Audits and Succession planning.

Frequently providing commentary at seminars and client
workshops, Mairead also leads out VAT services within
RBK along with our Family Business sector.

Ronan McGivern
Taxation Director

An Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), Ronan joined RBK in 2012 as a Tax Director in the Dublin office. Prior this he had been a Tax Director in Deloitte. 

Ronan leads the taxation team in Dublin. Ronan's expertise range from advising domestic owner managed businesses to quoted multinationals. He has substantial experience advising on international tax and advises on structuring overseas property acquisitions for property developers / investors, structuring issues for Irish companies looking to expand overseas and multinationals locating in Ireland.

Ronan is a Business and Legal Studies Graduate from University College Dublin and holds a Master of Accounting from Smurfit Business School.

Fiona Murphy
Taxation Director

Fiona qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2000 and a  Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) in 2002. She also recently completed an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT). Before moving to RBK, Fiona worked with KPMG and Horwath Crowe Bastow Charleton.

Fiona's specialist area includes Corporate taxation and Corporate restructuring. She also has a specific focus on International Tax and advises many International clients on all Irish tax issues.

Fiona provides taxation advice to a diverse portfolio of corporate and personal clients and has been advising clients for many years on large scale VAT transactions and Due Diligences.

Paul Wallace
Tax Advisor

Paul, who initially trained with RBK in 2006 and qualified in 2008, rejoined the firm in 2012 having gained further experience in the area of tax disputes in the interim. From Mullingar, Paul is an AITI Chartered Tax Advisor and holds a Commerce Degree and Masters of International Finance from NUI Galway. Paul has built up considerable experience advising a broad range of corporate and personal clients alike under all tax heads. His core expertise is in the tax technical area and he acts in a support role to the department on tax technical matters.
