Karen joined RBK in 1997 and was promoted to Director in 2006. Karen leads the four key function groups within HR Solutions, Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, HR Consulting and Payroll Bureau. Based in our Athlone office, Karen offers strategic advice to clients on HR issues and is responsible for sourcing and placing senior personnel both in RBK and on behalf of clients. |

Brenda joined RBK in 2006 and currently leads Recruitment Solutions for clients across a broad range of industry sectors. Specialising in senior level search across a variety of disciplines, Brenda has considerable experience placing executive, senior and mid management candidates spans a wide range of sectors including financial services, manufacturing, retail, construction and technology. Previously, Brenda spent 4 years in KPMG as a HR professional. With strong interpersonal skills, Brenda has established and maintained close working relationships with clients and candidates nationwide. |

Stephanie Duffy Learning & Development Solutions |

Stephanie has over 13yrs experience working in management and organisational development. She holds a Masters Degree in Social and Organisation Psychology from University College Dublin. Stephanie supports performance improvement at individual, team and organisational levels for a variety of our clients. Previously Stephanie spent five years as part of the European Workforce Development team in Hewlett Packard where she was responsible for management, team and employee development with a number of HP Business Units in Ireland. Prior to that, Stephanie worked in management development and training roles in Emerge Management Consultancy and Ulster Bank. |
