Chris Ball
Corporate Finance Director

Chris is a Director with Russell Brennan Keane Corporate Finance and has over 10 years experience. From Donegal, Chris is an Associate of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Commerce Degree from NUI Galway.

Chris has built up considerable experience across a broad range of transactions and projects for private and public enterprises. His expertise includes the following:

Chris has experience leading out projects in small to medium corporate enterprises across the full spectrum of corporate finance activities, including mergers and acquisitions, management buy outs, debt and equity fundraisings including Business Expansion Schemes, share valuations and financial due diligence.
Chris has become involved in the firm's restructuring advisory services, advising clients on strategic direction through business reviews, financial forecast modelling and debt restructuring.
Chris advises clients on start-ups and has worked with Enterprise Ireland and County Enterprise Boards providing support to early stage businesses on business planning, financing and strategic development.

Recent assignments include:

Restructuring repayment profile of €20m debt across numerous lenders including an aggressive debt restructuring program and cost setting exercise.
Detailed financial forecasting and modeling to enable directors to make strategic decisions on future direction of company, including development and assessment of options.
Adviser to Management Team on purchase of Irish manufacturing facility from Administrator of German parent company.
Chris has worked with financial institutions and public sector bodies in delivering independent reviews and assessment reports to support debt restructuring and provision of financial facilities.

Catherine Clark
Head of Corporate Compliance

Catherine joined RBK in 2003 to establish the Corporate Compliance Department. Today, she and her team provide both compliance and consultancy services to over 1300 companies.

Catherine has over 14 years experience in a wide range of services including company incorporations, reorganisations & restructures, annual compliance & maintenance of statutory registers and strike offs.

Rose Bracken
Payroll Manager

Rose joined RBK in 1983 and leads and develops our Payroll Services team. Rose worked for the Revenue Commissioners prior to joining RBK's tax department.

With a thorough understanding of payroll and social welfare systems, Rose and her team have responsibility for managing payroll services for over 250 clients.

Bringing a particular insight into complex payroll issues, Rose has forged extensive contacts in Revenue, Social Welfare etc and has vast experience and insight in a variety of industries.

Arthur McCullagh
Director Accounts & SME Consulting

Arthur, a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a graduate of Carlow Institute of Technology, joined RBK in 1993 and qualified in 1997. He specialises in providing focused business advice to a diverse portfolio of individual and corporate clients.

Arthur has extensive experience in providing expert advice on business development & strategy, wealth management & retention as well as general business advice on compliance & taxation to the retail, professional consultants and agri-business sectors.

Yann Harrison
Wealth Management Manager

Yann is our Wealth Management Director. He is a Chartered Accountant and Qualified Financial Advisor. Yann specialises in providing impartial investment, protection and retirement planning advice to individuals, SMEs and large corporate concerns alike.

Yann is an experienced presenter. He has addressed National Small Business Award Finalists on finance related topics on behalf of the Small Firms Association on a number of occasions and he lectures in taxation for Accounting Technicians Ireland. He regularly provides commentary through the national print media on wealth retention, investment and retirement planning strategies.

In recent months, Yann has advised on:

The diversification of wealth from business while simultaneously funding for retirement
Advance planning and policy restructuring to effect maximum tax free lump sum extraction upon retiring
The implementation of personal and business investment strategies to preserve and protect wealth within the context of the current economic operating environment
Putting in place appropriate business insurance policies to minimise the financial impact of losing a key employee whether by death or serious illness
Arranging policies to fund the purchase of siblings shares in the event of death and with a view to preventing business ownership unintentionally passing to extended family members
Establishing policies with a view to meeting inheritance tax liabilities on the event of business and other assets passing under Will.

Stephanie Duffy
Business Psychologist & Facilitator

Stephanie is a Business Psychologist and Facilitator working with companies across a variety of sectors including family-run businesses, partnerships and multinational companies. She specialises in facilitation, succession planning, strategic planning, leadership and board development and change management.

Stephanie has over 20 years experience in Management & Organisation Development. She holds a Masters in Organisational Psychology from UCD and is a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland.

Prior to joining Russell Brennan Keane, Stephanie worked in Hewlett Packard, Emerge Consulting & Ulster Bank in consulting, senior leadership development and change management roles.

Stephanie is an experienced workshop facilitator and brings a warm, engaging and practical style to workshop delivery. With particular interest in Family Business dynamics, Stephanie frequently provides commentary to the national print and broadcast media.
