Stephanie Duffy 

Stephanie is a Business Psychologist and Facilitator working with companies across a variety of sectors including family-run businesses, partnerships and multinational companies. She specialises in facilitation, succession planning, strategic planning, leadership and board development and change management. 

Stephanie has over 20 years experience in Management & Organisation Development. She holds a Masters in Organisational Psychology from UCD and is a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland.

Prior to joining Russell Brennan Keane, Stephanie worked in Hewlett Packard, Emerge Consulting & Ulster Bank in consulting, senior leadership development and change management roles.

Stephanie is an experienced workshop facilitator and brings a warm, engaging and practical style to workshop delivery.  With particular interest in Family Business dynamics, Stephanie frequently provides commentary to the national print and broadcast media.






Mairead O'Grady

Mairead is taxation partner with Russell Brennan Keane. After qualifying as an accountant in 1992 she turned her attention to tax and became a Registered Tax Consultant of the Irish Taxation Institute in 1995.

Frequently providing commentary at seminars and client workshops, Mairead provides advice on personal and corporate tax planning, corporate restructures, tax based investments, property structures, estate and succession planning. More recently, Mairead has delivered many presentations and workshops, both internally and externally, on Succession and Family Business Transfers.

Mairead specialises in, and has a particular interest in, the taxation for small and medium enterprises, notably family businesses.  She has over a decade experience in directly advising clients on the taxation and financing of family businesses and has successfully completed numerous business transfers and disposals along with advising on and implementing succession and related issues.





Chris Ball                

Chris is Corporate Finance Director and specialises in leading out corporate transactions for existing and new SME clients and family owned businesses. His key role involves engaging with business owners to advise them on strategic planning and corporate transactions through all stages of the business lifecycle; from start up and growth to acquisitions and disposals. In addition he leads out corporate restructuring, due diligence and fundraising assignments.

Chris has gained extensive expertise in a broad range of industries including manufacturing, services, retail, medical devices and life sciences.

Finance is a major issue for many businesses at present and Chris has assisted clients to access over €2 million under the Enterprise Stabilisation Fund in 2009 and 2010 and supported several clients in their applications for High Potential Start Up status through Enterprise Ireland.
