A qualified chartered accountant, Joe leads our specialist team focusing on advising and supporting pharmacies on the strategic development of single and multi site pharmacy clients.  

Joe has an in-depth understanding of the complexities and challenges facing pharmacies including a particular focus on cost reduction, outlet efficiency, tax and cashflow management. Joe has acted as lead adviser in primary care development tenders, green field site development including site location assessment, feasibility analysis and funding structuring.

Having experience with acquiring a challenged pharmacy group in examinership, Joe has particular banking expertise including working capital, expansion, acquisition finance and restructuring existing facilities.

Colm brings over 10 years international industry experience  having held the position of Financial Controller in both a     manufacturing and a publishing company.

Being a partner in our Audit and Advisory practice, Colm's focus include corporate finance, company reorganisation,  management development and systems selection, along with developing the management consultancy services in the firm.

Colm looks after a group of pharmacies in RBK, driving their growth and profit as well as their annual accounts and tax compliance.
