New Partner Appointments
Russell Brennan Keane Chartered Accountants are pleased to announce the continued expansion of the Firm with the appointment of two new Partners.
Chris Ball has over 16 years experience working with Russell Brennan Keane on the provision of Corporate Finance services. Chris has particular expertise and capability in transactions involving M&A, raising of finance, corporate restructures, transaction support, re-financing and business valuations. Chris has advised on many large and complex transactions and recently acted as a leading adviser on the sale of System Label to MCC, the sale of Freund Pharmatec to Sigmoid and on fundraising for Channel Mechanics in a private funding round.
James Fitzmaurice, based in our Roscommon Office, has over 19 years experience advising clients from sole traders to medium and large corporate’s. His specialist areas include pharmacy, retail and agri-business. He advises on accounting, auditing, tax compliance, tax planning, banking, corporate restructuring and statutory compliance matters. James is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
