Michael Cosgrove is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) and holds additional qualifications as a member of the Life Insurance Association Ireland CLG (LIA), being an Accredited Product Advisor (APA) and also holds a Practicing Insolvency Certificate in the Republic of Ireland. He was admitted as a member of the Chartered Accountants Institute in 1975.

Michael served for periods as a member of the Auditing Committee and Insolvency Practicing Committee of Chartered Accountants Ireland.

He is a former member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Michael also specialises in all aspects of commercial property.
