At RBK, we are proud to support the communities that have supported us throughout our 60-year history.

At RBK, community has always been an important part of who we are. Across the places where we work and live, our Partners and staff are committed to giving back in meaningful ways.

Our support takes many forms. Sometimes we provide financial assistance, sometimes we give our time and expertise, and sometimes we offer practical or compassionate support to those who need it most.

Our community activities

Through charitable initiatives, volunteering, education, sponsorship, environmental action and staff wellbeing programmes, we aim to make a positive difference in our local communities.

Charitable donations and fundraising: We organise workplace events such as coffee mornings, themed workdays and individual fundraising initiatives to support a wide range of charities and good causes.

Volunteer Work: Our team works on a voluntary basis with local not-for-profit organisations and community groups, helping them achieve their goals and continue their valuable work.

Educational and training opportunities: We support the ongoing development of talent through summer internships, college placements and secondment opportunities.
