RBK is pleased to announce the promotion of three senior team members to Director across its Tax, Outsourced Accounting and Audit & Assurance services. These appointments recognise the experience, expertise and commitment of Laura Melia, Olivia Garrett and Caoimhe Lawlor while further strengthening the Firm’s leadership team as it continues to grow its business and expand the services it provides to clients.
With a strong focus on building long-term client relationships and delivering practical, commercially focused advice, RBK continues to invest in its people and capabilities to support businesses and individuals in an increasingly complex business environment.

The new Director appointments are:
Laura Melia – Tax Director – Laura is an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser with over a decade of experience. Laura advises private clients and both domestic and multinational corporates on a broad range of domestic and international tax matters, providing tailored, commercially focused advice to meet their personal and business objectives. Laura’s areas of expertise include international tax planning, succession planning, and company reorganisations, helping clients navigate complex tax issues while planning effectively for the future.
Olivia Garrett – Outsourced Accounting Director – Olivia is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from NUIG. With over 20 years of experience across both practice and industry, Olivia leads the delivery of outsourced accounting services to clients in Ireland and internationally. She oversees a dedicated team providing real-time accounting alongside tailored monthly and quarterly management accounts, ensuring clients remain informed, in control and well-positioned for growth.
Caoimhe Lawlor – Audit & Assurance Director – Caoimhe is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Caoimhe provides audit, assurance and business advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including subsidiaries of multinational companies, membership organisations, not-for-profit organisations and SMEs. She has particular experience in membership organisation audits and in auditing subsidiaries within international group structures, working closely with clients and group auditors.
