Caitríona is a Director and Head of Technology at RBK, bringing over 25 years’ experience partnering with organisations to plan, deliver, and optimise technology environments. She specialises in digital strategy and transformation, working closely with leadership teams to develop technology roadmaps that align with business objectives, enhance efficiency, and support evolving operating models.
Caitríona has extensive experience guiding clients through technology modernisation, cloud adoption, and the effective use of emerging technologies, with a strong focus on security, scalability, and regulatory compliance. Her work includes detailed technology and process assessments, system selection and implementation, integration and merger support, and translating complex business requirements into practical, value-driven solutions.
With deep expertise across cloud strategy, cybersecurity governance, AI and data adoption, and financial systems, Caitríona helps organisations strengthen controls, improve reporting, and maximise return on investment. An experienced project leader, she coordinates stakeholders across client teams, vendors, and technical specialists to deliver sustainable, future-ready solutions.
Caitríona holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Galway, along with postgraduate qualifications in Marketing and Computer Science.
