An Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute, Catherine joined our Corporate Compliance Department in 2008 having previously worked in the Company Secretarial Department of William Fry. From Dublin, Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, a Masters in International Relations and a Diploma in Accounting and Finance.

Catherine works in all areas of company secretarial matters ranging from the routine matters to more complex transactions including company formations, annual compliance, company re-registrations, change of name applications, creation and allotment of golden shares, share for share exchanges and redemption of shares, re-organisations, voluntary strike offs and re-registration.

Catherine provides ongoing technical assistance and advice to our clients in relation to the Companies Act 2014.
