Donna Carey

Donna joined RBK’s Corporate Compliance Department in January 2016, following eight years’ experience in the Company Secretarial Department of Byrne Casey & Associates. She is a qualified Chartered Secretary and a Fellow of The Corporate Governance Institute and currently leads RBK’s Corporate Compliance Department.

Donna advises on a full spectrum of company law matters, ranging from routine compliance to complex corporate transactions. She is responsible for the management of a substantial portfolio of domestic and international clients across a wide range of sectors, delivering efficient, tailored and commercially focused solutions to meet individual client requirements.

Donna provides ongoing technical advice and governance support to both clients and colleagues and has extensive expertise in statutory and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, board advisory services, corporate restructuring, compliance reviews and due diligence engagements.

Donna holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and Corporate Governance from Ulster University, a Bachelor of Business in Recreation and Leisure from Waterford Institute of Technology, and a Diploma in Accounting Technician from Pitman Training.
