Tom Donohue

A corporate finance specialist, Tom has more than 30 years’ experience. He provides advisory services for entrepreneurs and has particular expertise in the technology, bioscience and medical sectors.

Tom assists developing and emerging enterprises to source bank and private funding. He has in-depth knowledge of the property market and owner-managed businesses and he also advises on restructuring.

Prior to his move into corporate finance, Tom spearheaded the development of RBK’s Taxation Department which is widely recognised for its specialist knowledge of tax based schemes, corporate structures, tax based financing and succession planning. He has a unique understanding of the property market and owner managed sectors.

Tom was a Member of the Commission of Taxation in 2009.
