Group PRSA Facilities
Employers are required by law to provide their employees with access to a pension facility. At a minimum, you must enter into a contract with a Personal Retirement Savings Account (PRSA) provider.
RBK will assist you in meeting your statutory obligations by:
- Arranging a PRSA contract with a suitable provider
- Advising you in relation to payroll deduction disclosure obligations
- Engaging in group, or one-to-one, employee consultations, as appropriate
