Jennifer Brennan

A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, Jennifer has extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate finance and forensic transactions across multiple sectors. Working with a large portfolio of clients, her expertise includes the following:
- Mergers and acquisitions (area of specialism includes insurance brokers)
- Debt and equity fundraising
- Due diligence assignments
- Company valuations
- Forensic accounting assignments including on-site fraud investigations
- Independent business reviews
- Debt restructuring and financial forecasting
Jennifer joined RBK in 2016, having trained with KPMG. She spent five years in KPMG’s Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency department, working on some of the largest Receivership and Liquidation appointments in the state at that time. Prior to this, she worked in the Central Procurement Office of the European Central Bank (ECB) in Frankfurt.
Jennifer holds an LL.M in Law, Governance and Technology from NUI Galway and an LL.B in Law and European Studies from the University of Limerick. She has successfully completed all Law Society of Ireland FE1 examinations and holds a Diploma in Forensic Accounting from Chartered Accountants Ireland.
