Karen’s expertise lies in the practical solutions she offers in areas such as Performance & Talent Management, Resource Planning, Grievance & Disciplinary Management, Employee Engagement & Communications, Redundancy. She has strong experience in HR legislation and compliance.

In addition to her HR Degree Qualifications, Karen holds a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
