Yvonne is a senior HR professional delivering practical, commercially focused HR solutions across a wide range of sectors, including highly regulated and complex environments. She joined RBK in 2020 and leads the HR Solutions team, providing end-to-end HR support and ensuring people strategies align closely with business objectives.
She has strong expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, organisational transformation and employee lifecycle management, partnering with leadership teams to tackle complex people challenges and drive sustainable performance.
Yvonne is particularly skilled in leading change, resolving sensitive employee relations issues, and embedding people practices that support growth, compliance and engagement.
Her experience spans organisations across industries from manufacturing and construction to non-profit and financial services, as well as operational and professional services. She brings a commercially grounded approach to people, risk and performance.
Yvonne is MCIPD accredited, holds an MSc in HRM Leadership, and is a Certified Workplace Mediator.
