Over the course of the series, we will be discussing a variety of topical issues that are relevant to our clients. The First event will be on Thursday, 31st March where we will take a look at what is happening in the Commercial Property market. In particular, we will look at current trends in the market as well as the legal and tax implications of commercial property transactions, including lease surrenders, variations and potential pitfalls.

RBK’s Sinead McMahon will address a number of tax implications of lease variations and some common traps and pitfalls.
