Michelle O'Donoghue

Audit & Business Advisory Director

Michelle’s core expertise is with Credit Unions and Charities and Not for Profit organisations. 

She has responsibility for the delivery of external audit, internal audit, outsourced risk and compliance services and merger due diligence work. 

Michelle is a regular speaker at our annual Credit Union seminar. She also assists in the provision of training for Boards of Charities and Credit Unions on the areas of Directors responsibilities and lectures on Internal Audit, Risk Management and Effective Board Reporting. 

Prior to joining RBK, Michelle worked with Dublin based firm Smith & Williamson where she was a senior manager within the audit department. 

Michelle is a fellow member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a BSc in Accounting from University College Cork. In 2014, Michelle was awarded a Certificate in FRS 102 and in 2009 she was awarded a Diploma in IFRS from Chartered Accountants Ireland.
