Our Team

After beginning her career in 2009, Sinead joined RBK in 2013 and has since gained extensive experience working with clients across a broad spectrum of industries including hospitality, manufacturing, professional services and property/construction. 

Sinead currently advises an extensive portfolio of personal and corporate clients on incorporation, reorganisations, due diligence, VAT and succession planning.  She also works closely with the RBK corporate recovery department, in relation to property transactions. 

Sinead's clients also include a number of international groups who she advises as they expand into Ireland or overseas on corporate tax and VAT matters as well as payroll advices for inbound/outbound employees and directors. 

Having gained a First Class Honours BA in Business and Management from Dublin Institute of Technology, Sinead is now an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and an AITI Chartered Tax Advisor.

The First event in RBK's Lunchtime Series, we took at look at what is happening in the Commercial Property market.
