A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a Chartered Tax Advisor, Sinéad McMahon graduated from TUD with First Class Honours in Business and Management, and subsequently built a career defined by technical expertise, mentorship, and a commitment to people-first leadership.

Since joining RBK in 2013, Sinéad has spent the past decade steadily progressing through the firm – from senior team member to her current role as Tax Partner and has gained extensive experience working with clients across a broad spectrum of industries including hospitality, manufacturing, professional services and property / construction in this time.

Sinéad advises a wide-ranging portfolio of corporate and personal clients on incorporation, reorganisations, succession planning, VAT, and due diligence. She also works closely with RBK’s corporate finance team on M&A transactions and plays a key role in advising international groups on tax and payroll matters as they expand into or out of Ireland.

The First event in RBK's Lunchtime Series, we took at look at what is happening in the Commercial Property market. In particular, we explored current trends in the market as well as the legal and tax implications of commercial property transactions, including lease surrenders, variations and potential pitfalls.
