Credit Union Seminar - Make the Member Connection:  Success in the Current Environment

RBK are delighted to invite you to our Annual Credit Union Seminar.

Our programme for the day includes our annual benchmarking survey results and recent developments in the sector. Following the significant disruption of the Covid pandemic, there are a number of key trends emerging. Our Seminar this year will focus on embracing technology to streamline processes, improving the member experience and using the strategic plan to build a sustainable business model. We will also look at how HR Culture and Operational Resilience will be key areas for future consideration.

We are also excited to host a panel discussion with a number of Credit Union CEO’s to discuss their successes and learnings in growing the loan book.
