Yvonne has a personal and practical approach and is experienced in working collaboratively with clients managing multiple, disparate activities, projects and transformation programmes ensuring people strategies are aligned with Business Strategic direction and Business Needs.
With over 22 years’ experience in all areas of Human Resource Management, she has worked in business areas such as Logistics, Manufacturing / Recycling, Not-For-Profit/Charity, Health and Social Care, Education and Corporate Functions such as Finance, IT, Quality & Corporate Governance and Strategic Planning & Development.

Results from our Annual Credit Union Benchmarking Survey 2023. This report summarises the findings of a survey of credit unions conducted in March/April 2023. It reflects survey responses from 44 credit unions and financial data used from 72 Credit Unions from published annual reports. Sample of Credit Unions represented €10.54b or 51.9% of total asset size of Credit Union movement in the State (sector asset size was approx. €20.3b across 205 Credit Unions as at 30 September 2022). Prior year data has been updated to reflect additional information that became available after our 2022 Credit Union Benchmarking Report was published. Non-financial data in this year’s report refers to the current year to date and includes prior year comparisons where available.
