Donna joined our Corporate Compliance Department in January 2016 having previously worked in the Company Secretarial Department in Byrne Casey & Associates for 8 years. A qualified Chartered Secretary and Associate with The Chartered Governance Institute, Donna now manages the Corporate Compliance Department in RBK.
Donna deals in all company law matters from routine to complex transactions and is responsible for the management of a large number of domestic and international clients across all sectors and provides an efficient, tailored and cost effective service to suit individual needs.
Donna provides ongoing technical advice and governance guidance to clients and colleagues and has extensive experience in statutory and regulatory compliance, governance, board guidance, company re-organisations, corporate re-structure's, reviewing and reporting on statutory registers and due diligence matters.
Donna has a postgraduate diploma in Management and Corporate Governance with the Ulster University, a Bachelor of Business in Recreation and Leisure with Waterford Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Accounting Technician with Pitman Training.
