Ronan McGivern

Head of Tax, Tax Partner

A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and an AITI Chartered Tax Advisor, CTA, Ronan specialises in international tax. He assists Irish companies seeking to expand their businesses abroad as well as overseas companies acquiring or establishing businesses in Ireland.

Ronan works with companies of all sizes, from owner managed businesses to quoted multinationals. He also advises investors and developers on the tax-efficient structuring of their overseas property acquisitions.

Ronan has extensive experience of VAT on international property transactions and holds a Certificate in VAT from the Irish Taxation Institute. He lectures for the Irish Taxation Institute.
